USAHA PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DAN HASIL PRODUKSI PEMBUDIDAYA IKAN LELE DI RT 08 DESA KRANDEGAN KECAMATAN GANDUSARI KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

Abstract

This study is conducted to know some efforts to improve work production of freshwater catfish cultivator in Krandegan village, Gandusari district, Trenggalek regency.The reseach metodology was used in this researh is descriptive survey. Analysis was used in this research is qualitative analysis. The findings of this research showed about the improving of freshwater catfish production for about one period started from spread the seed until harvest time.The improvement can be seen from the result production. Firstly,one sac freshwater catfish woof gave result for about 27 kg freshwater catfish. But now, after the reseach was conducted, one sac of  freshwater catfish woof give results for about 28-30 kg freshwater catfish. Besides, the time to spread seeds until the harvest time was shorter from 4 months to 3 months.The finding of the research also shows some efforts to improve work production; they are the form of catfish cultivators group, fund from the government, sharing the knowledge, inviting the experts and woof from the factory.
