PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI BEBAS DENGAN TEKNIK â??CERCA TEMANâ? SISWA KELAS VIII A TAHUN PELAJARAN 2010/2011 DI SMP NEGERI 4 TRENGGALEK
Abstract
The poetry writing learning with oral method and individual home task canâ??t reach optimal result because the students didnâ??t get learning experiences. The poetry writing learning with â??Cerca Temanâ? technique is one of effort to change learning paradigm from teacher centre oriented to student centre oriented.This technique is based on modelling and inquiri from The Contextual Teaching and Learning. This technique is estimated can improve students ability in free poetry writing by emphasized on diction and rhyme at second semester of VIII A students in 2010/2011 academic year at SMPN 4 Trenggalek. This Clasroom Action Research (CAR) consist of two cycles, and every cycle consist of planing, acting, observing, and reflexing. The collecting data in this research use test instrument in free poetry writing and questionnaire. The students who completely reach KKM score in the first cycle is about 51,43 percent and in the second cycle is about 80,00 percent. The increasing of studentâ??s achieve-ment percentage is 28,57 percent. Based on this data, it can be concluded that â??Cerca Temanâ? technique from Contextual Teaching and Learning can improve studentâ??s achievement in free poetry writing at second semester of VIII A in 2010/2011 academic year at SMP Negeri 4 Trenggalek.
